It took me about an hour to do and I actually used the lower part of Vinny Jones' Jaw and blended Tom's head on to it with the help of the smudge, sponge, blur, and burn tools with a bit of paintbrush here and there and a few other finishing touches. I'm very happy with it because I didn't just rush it and actually tried to keep improving it. When it's printed on to 6"x4" photopaper it looks much better.

Photoshop
It was Tom's birthday on Wednesday and as a present I thought I'd photoshop him. Now Tom likes his football so I thought I'd stick his head into an iconis footy photo. The results are as follows:
