i hurt myself today to see if i could feel

Yesterday's excursion into pain involved a drawing pin. I was at work and putting a pin back into a notice board when without realising it I had pushed the pin vitually all the way into my thumb! What had happened was that clumsily the pin had flipped around and so instead of going into the board it went in me! That didn't hurt as much as pulling the f**ker out...here come the blue plasters again.
